For Major Emergency Incidents, this two piece Hydration Pallet can be loaded on Support Utility 3 (Stake Bed Truck) or off-loaded into Support Utility 4 (Plug Buggy.) The response pallets have 1152 bottles of Water and 576 bottles of Gatorade for a TOTAL of 1728 Drinks available on the pallet.

In addition to the hydration fluids the pallet also carries 1 - 100 Quart Cooler for Ice, an Ice Scoop, 5 styrofoam disposable coolers, cardboard trash and banker boxes, with a roll of trash bags. These supplies are used to make disposable drop boxes that can be left behind on the scene of a major emergency. These are housed in two wire baskets.

Pallet baskets are rotated to keep stock fresh. There is a third restock basket for this purpose as well as for daily use. The lower basket is rotated with the restock basket. The empty one then becomes the restock basket and is replenished with fresh stock.
